From page 3 to page 1: How I boosted Akinita Ouzounidis’ website traffic by 150%
Real Estate Akinita Ouzounidis is a local real estate agency in Alexandroupoli, Greece. When I joined, their digital presence was almost invisible. Their website had no SEO-friendly structure, no title tags, no meta descriptions and was buried on page 3 of Google search results. Competing agencies were already running well-optimized Google Ads campaigns, while we had no foundation to start from. The challenge was clear: build visibility from scratch and compete with established players.
Project duration: 7 months
Tools: Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, SEMrush, ubersuggest (by neil patel)
My Role & Tasks
As Digital Marketing Specialist, I was responsible for optimizing the website, building the agency’s SEO strategy and launching its first-ever Google Ads campaign to compete for high-value keywords.
Action
I started by laying the groundwork:
Collaborated with the web developer to create SEO-friendly URLs and add proper title tags and meta descriptions.
Researched and implemented high-intent keywords across property listings and descriptions.
Added alt text to images and improved the website speed, which was dragging down performance.
To sustain visibility, I designed a Google Ads strategy targeting people searching for property in our key regions.
While most competitors ignored land sales, I spotted the demand and created a dedicated campaign targeting land buyers, giving us a first-mover advantage.
Results
Boosted organic traffic from 472 → 1.2k monthly visits.
Moved the website from page 3 → page 1 for high-value keywords.
Launched the agency’s first Google Ads campaign, delivering:
16.4% CTR (3–5x higher than industry average).
€0.20 CPC (80% lower than benchmarks).
31 qualified conversions in the first month.
