Real Estate Akinita Ouzounidis is a local agency in Alexandroupoli, Greece known for its strong client relationships but, at the time, lacked a sophisticated digital advertising strategy. While word-of-mouth and offline reputation brought steady business, the agency was struggling to stand out online and compete with larger players running polished campaigns. The challenge was clear: how to promote premium property listings in a way that not only attracted attention but also converted into real buyers, without overspending the budget.

My Role & Tasks
As Digital Marketing Specialist, I was tasked with creating a cost-effective Meta Ads strategy that could bring qualified leads to the agency, generate phone calls and boost the visibility of high-value properties.
Action
I began by experimenting with different ad formats and found that video content consistently outperformed static creatives for real estate audiences. With this insight, I developed a compelling video tour of a standout luxury property. I filmed the house myself, edited the footage to highlight its best features, and added a professional voice-over narration to turn the video into a story rather than just a slideshow of rooms.
For targeting, I built a Meta Ads campaign aimed at men and women aged 35–60 in Alexandroupoli and nearby regions, focusing specifically on people with interests in real estate and property investment. I also strategically promoted luxury and investment-grade properties to elevate the agency’s reputation.
